This survey is open to all people who are:
- 18+ years old
- An undergraduate student
- Currently enrolled in 4-year university, 2 or 4-year community college, or a technical training program in the United States or its territories

This survey is confidential, and all questions are optional. It is approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of Texas at Austin and uses a consent form.
